Triggered by insights and questions popping up lately – we gathered on Tuesday evening to find answers altogether on “How can the HUB environment be more open, foster more collaboration and redefine value?”
We’ve placed an invitation and drew a process of feeling, imagining and thinking what community really means and how to reach it.
Helped by the magic of body movement, Mekbul (using the magic of community dance) lead us, in the beginning to experience what connection, collective leadership and followship mean. We continued with a space for all ideas to be heard – and gathered the elements of the ideal HUB community. Finally, we looked for ways to enable those elements to take shape in reality.
Here are some visual insights into the happenings and the outcomes of the evening.
All in all, the evening brought us the first taste of community, of shared responsibility and engagement, of common trust, an increase desire to move on, find and try out out solutions towards environments of true collaboration.
Next space for “dreaming out loud, encouraging, involving, connecting and creating a very real sense of community” (Angelika Schanda, HUB member)
