How can human-centered design help in developing innovative solutions for the complex challenges we face?

An overall customer driven strategy, customer intimacy and loyalty can make or break a startup in today’s world. This is why in this workshop we will work on:

  • understanding the purpose of customer engagement
  • creating personas and customer journeys
  • learning how to improve ideation and prototyping
  • discussing the impact for your social startup

What you will get out of it is: 

  • an interactive, interdisciplinary workshop;
  • a hands-on mentality;
  • learning how to align your digital products and services to your customers’ needs.
