In this workshop it is all about tools that help you to understand your customers better and to create the right value proposition for them. There will be a lot of discussion and feedback from the group, along with practical tips.

About the trainer/expert:
Irina Röd is a consultant in the field of innovation and marketing from Austria. She has been working in the area of innovation, strategy and marketing in the digital industries for more than 10 years. Her customers include corporates, NGOs, but also solopreneurs and startups from various industries and backgrounds.
