In this workshop you will learn how your venture can profit from a strategic stakeholder approach.
The following questions will be addressed:
- Who or what is a stakeholder and why is that relevant to my business/organization?
- How can I identify and map the most relevant stakeholders?
- How does a strategic and structured stakeholder management look like and what are the key benefits form your venture?
During the workshop you will gain practical knowledge about stakeholder engagement and –management and do a stakeholder mapping for your business. After the workshop you will know who your most relevant stakeholders are, what their needs are and get a road map about your next steps on how to engage and communicate best with them.
Bettina Steinbrugger, born 1984 in Klagenfurt, studied Roman Languages and Literature in Graz and Toulouse (France). She has been dealing with the topics of sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility for more that 10 years now.8 of them she worked as a project manager for a business platform for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainable Development and taught about sustainability and stakeholder engagement at different universities, such as the University of Graz or FH Krems. In 2011 Bettina Steinbrugger founded ‘erdbeerwoche’, together with Annemarie Harant.
Annemarie Harant, born 1984 in Munich studied International Development and Business Administration at the University of Viennal. After completing several internships in the area of Faire Trade and Sustainability, she started working at a business consultancy in the area of Sustainability where she leads projects around Corporate Social Responsibility and regularly organizes stakeholder workshops. She also has profound experience in writing sustainability reports and doing stakeholder mapping for them. In 2011 she founded ‘erdbeerwoche’, together with Bettina Steinbrugger.
