[Accelerator Workshop] Business basics: Theory of Change
The workshop shall help ventures to capture and communicate their impact value chain and to realize their full social impact potential.
Together we will reflect on your outputs, outcomes and impacts, target and user groups. We will learn about ways how to bring all of this together to create a social impact model, and about its power to drive your business model. We will discuss a helpful tool in this process, the Social Reporting Standard (SRS), which provides a structure for the impact-orientated reporting and strategizing of social activities. The standard aims at improving transparency, accountability, and comparability in the sector while at the same time reducing complexity and resource requirements for social organizations.
