We are pleased to announce that Fear & Fail Vienna will be holding a panel discussion around innovation and the environment that allows is to grow and thrive.  Culture is much more than foosball tables and beer in the afternoon, getting it right creates a dynamic environment that allows the team to grow and develop together, getting it wrong can end up in a toxic workplace and high employee turnover.

Announcing our panelists:

Ami Bloomer – Ami is the founder of GoClozer.com. A platform delivering the best sales professionals on-demand, global to over 15,000 companies. Clozers team of 80 is split between the EU and India. East meets West has helped spur innovation in a radical way that has brought with it increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
Dr. Wendy Williams – CEO and Founder of Sportux SkiSuitRental.com. Wendy has taken her experience around sustainability and translated this into a new business venture.  Wendy is also an author, university lecturer on topics of sustainability and innovation, sustainable business strategy, and environmental communication and president of the Maple Leaf International Business Club.
Hannah Lux – Co-Founder and CEO of Vollpension an innovative café that brings the best of your grandmother’s recipes to your café experience.  A social business that thrives by blending positives from young and old, and is creating a culture with many perspectives in the process.
Therese Kaiser – Co-founder of the women’s network „The Sorority“ an currently primarily working on the Business Riot Festival, a conference on female careers and entrepreneurship in Vienna from the 20th to the 22nd of October. Together with her partner Katharina Brandl she primarily facilitates projects with gender mainstreaming and female empowerment focus. She also works as a DJ and set up the event series „femtrails“ with the aim to reach more visibility for women in the music business.

7 October marks the start of “Gründen in Wien”, the largest event for Vienna-based start-ups. For the third time, co-working spaces, young enterprises, hubs and initiatives are again opening their doors and showing how, with lots of brainpower, courage and brawn, you can successfully make business ideas a reality.
