Resilience, the ability to adapt to unexpected changes and adversity, has never been more important than in 2020. To give our community the tools and techniques to develop our resilience, we have created the Resilience Lab series. In this 4-part series, we will explore the topic of resilience from 3 different angles – inner peace, emotional resilience and cognitive resilience – to develop a toolkit to support our community’s mental health and ability to cope with all the new challenges this year has brought us.

In the kick off session we have introduced you the topic of resilience and looked at it through the angles of acceptance, inner peace, emotional and cognitive resilience. Now it’s time to dive deeper into these topics, kicking it off with Inner Peace. Our wonderful speaker, Annemarie, will tell us about why and how it has become her business for you to put and feel your feet on the ground. Why? Because it’s beautifully human and it immediately brings you into the here and now. Annemarie will teach you powerful tools from her practice on how to connect to your inner space and find peace in challenging times.

  • About the benefits of meditation and how to make it a daily habit. Plus, you will experience a GUIDED MOUNTAIN MEDITATION to boost resilience & enhance vitality, establish a sense of wholeness & completion and the experience of deeper silence, stillness & wisdom.
  • MINDFUL MOVEMENT – OFFICE YOGA . We will introduce you to simple & fun yoga postures that can accompany you through your office and home office day, to increase your feeling of well being and to improve your energy level, relieve pain in the lower back or shoulders.
  • PRANAYAMA BREATHING – Since breathing is something we can control and regulate, it is a useful tool to achieve a relaxed and clear state of mind. Breathing exercises and techniques help relax and calm, energize and reduce stress and aid symptoms ranging from panic attacks to digestive disorders.
