Skillshare Breakfast: Grow Your Business Strategically
“Growing Your Business Strategically” can seem like it is reserved for large corporations or consultancies only. But how can you apply the same principles of strategic growth to your business, no matter the stage or size of your project?
This workshop focuses on growing your business strategically in a sustainable manner and, among others, will tackle the following areas:
- Why is strategic planning more effective than conventional planning: What do I achieve this way? Why is it so important?
- How is strategic planning particularly relevant for social and impact-oriented entrepreneurs? How do you achieve more impact with strategic growth principles
- What tools of strategic thinking can you incorporate into your existing planning?
Based on these questions, we will host a highly interactive workshop in which you will develop your business strategically, stimulated by highly relevant content and frameworks, questions that challenge your existing approach and practical exercises to implement on the spot.
Growth and performance do not happen by chance. They happen by applying a strategic system based on analytical insight, expert opinion and implementation. It is YOU as a business owner who needs to work ON your business now for your future success.
Why should you attend the workshop? If you are eager to…
…grow your business strategically to the next level of impact and relevance.
…systematically integrate financial, environmental, social and other domains important to stakeholders into your growth.
…increase your performance, clarity, focus and results in your implementation road map.
