About the presenters:

Lena Hödl

Lena has 5+ years experience in the Austrian startup ecosystem working for a startup and an angel investors network. Her current position as head of accelerator for Female Founders allows her to leverage the different angels of her past experience to push diversity in the European startup ecosystem. The program she created attracted more than 500 applications from global startups and is on the quest to close the fundraising gender gap in VC. Lena loves to explore new (technological) developments and connect people to make a difference. She has an academic background in both business and economics.

Lisa-Maria Sommer-Fein

Lisa-Maria is an Austrian based Social Entrepreneur. She is co-founder and managing partner of the internationally awarded Social Business MTOP | MORE THAN ONE PERSPECTIVE. MTOP works on cultural inclusion and diversity in education, in the field of labor market integration of migrants and refugees and inclusive leadership in corporates. MTOP has supported more than 300 refugees and migrants within the last 4 years, built a network of 70+ companies and recently started to work with 5+ schools in Vienna. She has an academic background in economics, psychology and public administration.
