It seems like personal growth and self-optimization are the next buzzwords and everyone is trying to become an even better version of themselves. However, peak productivity and high-performance are not based on doing, being or learning more, but about having clarity, which allows us to be more focused and get more done in a shorter time.
While most people think that clarity comes through thinking, it’s actually the result of taking action. Thus in this workshop we will focus on gaining clarity through self-organization to be more productive and efficient as a result and to create “stress-free productivity”.
We all have the same 24 hours in a day, even the most successful entrepreneurs or sportspeople are the same when it comes to the amount of time they have at their disposal. What actually makes a difference is how we effectively use our time to get everything done and enjoy the unproductive hours of life.
During this Skillshare Breakfast you will have the chance to get an overview of your current productivity and you will realize that there is a lot that you can change to use your time more wisely in the future.
At the end of the workshop you will be able to:
- Have a critical look at your current time-management methods
- Prioritize and eliminate to-do’s
- Get rid of distractions and create an environment of clarity and high productivity
- Choose from several productivity techniques and implement those into your daily life
