Elena Ardelean Good governance, Leadership, Strategic organizational change

With 7+ years of experience, Elena is a professional in good governance, agile leadership, strategic organizational change, public institutions and women empowerment. She has been working with businesses, Governments, youth, and international organizations across Europe and the Gulf, including countries such as France, Bulgaria, Germany, Croatia, Romania and Kuwait. Elena is driven by a sense of purpose and a desire to contribute, add value and shape cultures.

Currently, Elena is enrolled in an Executive MBA programme and manages a social entrepreneurship structure. Until recently, Elena was working for the World Bank advising Institutions on a wide range of reforms and activities, including strategic planning & performance measurement, transparency, HR practices, capacity building, policy formulation & analysis, and rule of law. Previous to that, she worked in Paris as a Senior Consultant in Strategic Organizational Change ensuring projects meet objectives on time and on budget. Her mission was to focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology (ICT), job roles and organization structures.

Additionally, she regularly gives trainings in stakeholder engagement, leadership and management of European Social Funds.

Elena holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and has studied Philology and Cultural Studies at the University of Vienna, Austria. She is fluent in English, French, German and Romanian.
