Astrid is passionate about customers – throughout my professional life she has always asked: “Why should a customer buy this from us?”. Utilizing a blend of empathy, personal experiences, and data, she provides the answers to companies that are wondering why they are losing their customer base or how to better reach them.
She has an MBA and 25+ years of experience in sales and marketing working for large tech corporations. Throughout her career, she has delved into BI, sales operations, sales marketing, and sales consulting in data-driven environments to determine whether the solution was a fit for the customer.
As markets are changing, customer experience has surpassed price and product as the key brand differentiator. Astrid has adapted too and has added to her business knowledge a Design Master from the Design Sprint School to support companies in the design of great services and bring in creativity and design thinking into the business.
