Bio: Delphine Grandsart is a project manager and senior researcher for the European Passengers’ Federation. She has been working on mobility and public transport related projects for over 10 years, specialising in passenger rights and user behaviour. She has focused in different projects on the needs of specific user groups, such as PRM (People with Reduced Mobility) and elderly people. Delphine has a Master in Germanic languages and has experience in project management, development of user surveys, organisation of events, workshops, focus groups etc. She has worked on several research projects including USEmobility, IT2Rail, GOF4R, CIPTEC and HiReach, where she was (co-)author of reports on diverse topics.
