Elisabeth works as an independent consultant with different companies and organisations on organisational and human resource development. The range of her clients goes from small- to medium-sized organisations as well as start-ups in their growing phase.
After graduating from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration she worked for ten years in the area of labour market policy where she first trained people in order to reintegrate active employment and then spent six years in management and leadership positions.
Now her main focus is on accompanying organisations, teams and individuals in organisational and personal development. She offers facilitation of entire change processes, facilitation of strategic workshops, as well as one-on-one coaching.
Additionally, she regularly gives trainings in mindfulness and self-compassion and can integrate elements of these into her consultancy work if wished for.
