What you get

Bootcamp & Acceleration – Shortlisted projects will be invited to a 2-day bootcamp to solidify their entrepreneurial skills and polish their ideas.
Six (6) high-potential projects will be selected to enter an intense 5-month acceleration phase, filled with one-on-one coaching sessions and tailored workshops by Deloitte and Impact Hub experts specialized in Startup Development, Financial Advisory, Impact Scaling, and Enterprise Technology & Performance.

Experts & Peers – After conducting an initial assessment of your development needs, you will work with our experts one-on-one on a weekly basis to accelerate your venture. Next to individual coaching sessions, you will also participate in 5 workshop days in Vienna. Here you will work with other entrepreneurs and strengthen your network of climate innovators.

Deloitte Expertise – you will receive tailored support from a dedicated team of Deloitte experts. Each venture will collaborate with their designated team over the course of the entire program.

Pitch & Prize – Finally, you will pitch in front of a multidisciplinary jury which will select the 2 most promising ventures and award them with a prize of € 10.000,- for first place and € 5.000,- for second place as well as 50 additional Deloitte expert hours each.

Who you are

You have an innovative idea, project, or start-up in Austria, which contributes to creating a better future amid the climate crisis. You can be in ideation stage, or already launching prototypes and generating first sales — Grow caters to your individual needs and stage.
