DESCRIPTION
At Impact Hub, we build impact ecosystems. Our impact ecosystems are powered by: community, programs and spaces. Community is focused on bringing together everyone that we need to make impact happen: social entrepreneurs, experts, impact investors, policy makers, business leaders and more. Programs are about enabling entrepreneurs to build and scale their ideas and working in a multi stakeholder model to achieve specific missions and goals. Spaces bring both of these together providing spaces for co-working as well as for impact led events. We are looking to fill a sales role for spaces, someone who can work towards us being top-of-mind when it comes to any event with impact.
 
 
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prospecting – Identifying and pre-qualifying potential new customers and closing new business to hit growth targets outlined in the sales plan.
  • Understanding our customers’ business to develop and deliver spaces products that make sense for their business needs
  • Sending and confirming offers based on the client requirement
  • Developing strong product knowledge and understanding the variety of spaces and opportunities available
  • Maintaining sales forecasts based on outreach and offers sent
  • Developing and maintaining the sales pipeline
  • Utilising the full mix of calls, emails, digital outreach and in some cases face to face
  • Being fully aware of the competitive landscape and the barriers and opportunities; 
  • Leveraging and maintaining Hubspot to be a source of truth for our sales activities;
  • Building strong market knowledge through monitoring websites, reading publications, speaking to customers, attending events etc.

DESCRIPTION
At Impact Hub, people innovate with heart, balancing social responsibility with profitability to build a world that works for all. We are looking for an In-house Technician for facility management support in our co-working space.
 
 
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execution of small repairs in the space (changing a door handle, mounting wall bails, drilling and mounting, small plumbing installations…)
  • Basic renovation of furniture and rooms (sanding and painting wooden tables, fixing loose screws on furniture, mounting decorations on walls or painting them…)
  • Small electrical tasks (fixing loose contacts, installation of lights in space…)
  • Regular checks of the location  to identify improvements and issues 
  • Interest in making a space more sustainable
  • Close working relationship with the facility manager
  • Coordination with the facility manager on projects with construction companies
