Your journey begins with a one-on-one session to understand your idea, your motivations, and where you are starting from. Together, we take an initial diagnostic to identify strengths, gaps, and goals. This session sets your personal roadmap for the next three months and ensures the experience is tailored to your needs.

Idea to Impact Business Workshop

Every impact maker starts with an idea for how the world could be better. The real challenge is turning that spark into something that works. This hands-on workshop helps you move from idea to action. Together, we explore what makes an impact-driven business thrive, from understanding your value to shaping the logic behind how your idea creates change.

Prototyping and Testing

This session focuses on testing your assumptions before you build anything. You learn how to create simple prototypes, gather feedback, and understand early signals of demand. The goal is to validate what works, refine what doesn’t, and ensure your idea resonates with real users from the beginning.

Creative Resource Planning: Bootstrapping

You don’t need investment to get started. This session helps you identify the resources you already have and teaches you how to make meaningful progress with limited funds. You learn lean methods, realistic first-milestone targets, and how to build momentum through networks, partnerships, and smart resource choices.

Setting Up in Austria

This session gives you clarity on the practical steps needed to start a business legally in Austria. You’ll understand company forms, tax responsibilities, social insurance, basic accounting, and the support structures available to founders. You leave with a clear checklist and confidence to navigate bureaucratic steps.

End Diagnostic and Next Steps

Your journey concludes with a second one-on-one diagnostic to review your progress since Session 1. You assess how your idea has evolved and outline what comes next, whether that’s registering your venture, joining an accelerator, finding partners, or continuing validation.

Open Pitch Night

Every quarter, you’re invited to share your idea at the Impact Hub Vienna Open Mic / Pitch Night, a supportive environment to practice your pitch, get feedback, and connect with peers, mentors, and potential partners. It’s a moment to celebrate progress and be part of the wider community.

Who is the Idea Starter Pack for?

For anyone with an idea they want to explore- aspiring founders, creatives, professionals, or anyone curious about building an impact-driven venture. No business or startup experience required.

Do I need a fully formed idea to join?

No. You need a starting point, a problem you care about, a concept you want to explore, or a direction you want to test. The program helps you shape and validate it.

How long does the program take?

The journey runs over 3 months, with a flexible pace so you can fit it around work, studies, or family commitments.

Can I start at any time?

Every quarter, the sessions run in an ideal suggested order. You can choose your personal start date together with your host, based on what works best for your schedule.

What’s included in the price?

Five guided sessions, start and end diagnostics, peer exchange, community events, networking opportunities, and a dedicated host who supports your journey.

Is coworking included?

No, coworking is not included in this package. If you’d like workspace access, you can add it on separately or choose a membership that includes it.

I’m already a member, how can I sign up?

If you’re a Share, Resident, Desk, or Office member, the Idea Starter Pack is already included in your membership. Just contact your host.

If you’re a Connect or Flex member, you can join with a one-time €40 surcharge. Contact your host or community manager.

How does the Open Pitch Night work?

Every quarter, participants can present their idea in a friendly, supportive setting. It’s a chance to practice your pitch, get feedback, and meet other founders.

What if I can’t attend a session?

Sessions are offered on a recurring basis, and we’ll help you find the next available date. Your dedicated host will make sure you stay on track.

Is this a fit if I already have a running business?

This package is designed for early-stage ideas. If that describes you or your business, whether you’re just starting to explore or shaping your first concept, you’re invited to sign up.

Can I give this as a gift?

Yes. The Idea Starter Pack makes a meaningful gift for someone who keeps talking about their next big idea. Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
