Join us for a focused and inspiring morning of Mindful Coworking, facilitated by certified coach and mindfulness trainer Raphael Mammerler. This unique format combines productive work with mindfulness practices to help cultivate presence, concentration, and mental clarity.
Participants work on their own projects in a shared space while engaging in mindfulness exercises such as meditation, mindful speaking and listening, intention setting, and single-tasking. The session is conducted largely in silence, creating an environment that supports deep focus and meaningful work.
Whether you’re working on a professional task, personal project, or creative endeavor, Mindful Coworking offers a supportive space to work with greater awareness and purpose. The session concludes with a shared reflection on the experience.
