Expect shaking, jumping, dancing, and intuitive movement combined with yoga, HIIT, somatics, and bodyweight training. The workout is accompanied by a powerful playlist.
You’ll move between activity, letting go, and free expression.
Suitable for all levels. You determine the pace and intensity.
We will finish with a long Shavasana and gentle somatic Yin Yoga for regeneration and deep relaxation.
