Intro to the session:
We do it all the time – we use language, we communicate. We use them for social purposes, to keep a business running, and to make our voices heard – we hardly do it alone, but rather in social contacts – especially in the business world. As if it were a given, but communication is constantly changing. We use it a lot, but do we reflect our communication skills enough?
Agenda:
- Icebreaker activity and
- a stimulating input on organizational communication, its power, and our scope for actions – what we at TransComm call transformative communication – open up the space.
- A linguistic inspired exercise helps to dive deeper.

This morning spark session is for complexity nerds who want to find different answers to complex questions, such as organizational communication, and everyone else who just wants to find out more. The goal is not to find one exclusive & correct answer, rather, it is about broadening our perspectives for new insights.
