Even with great intentions and aspirations at one point (especially at the beginning of the year), it’s hard to navigate 12 months of life accordingly. With deadlines, work and chores, it’s all too easy to become reactive in day-to-day life.
Monthly reflections help you recognize what counts in your life, calibrate your focus and put your intentions into practice.
Join us for this group session where you will be reflecting on the last month and set goals for the upcoming month. The event is also a great opportunity to exchange ideas with our peers on how to make sure you actually stick to working on the goals your set for yourself.

What to expect:
Part 1 – Review the last month (ca. 45min)
In this section we will prompt you 6 questions to answer consecutively without interruption.
~10 mins break
Part 2 – Outlook on next month & facilitation (ca. 35min)
Here, we will guide you through three questions that will help you set your focus, goals and facilitative actions for the upcoming month.
Afterwards, it’s time to put your facilitation plans into action – that means that you will start implementing the means that will make it easier to actually act on your plans right on the spot. For example: adding plans to your calendar, reaching out to people or act on whatever tactics you’ve chosen to maximize your likelihood of action.
Part 3 – Sharing (20-30min)
Here, if you feel confident, it’s time to share insights from today’s session with your peers. We know that reflections are very personal, so sharing is 100% optional!
This is also a great opportunity to discuss plans to make it easier to achieve your goals and to get and exchange tips and best practices.

About us
It’s so easy to get distracted these days, and before we know it, months have passed, leaving us feeling unsatifsfied with our progress. That‘s why we started monthly reflection sessions. To pause, learn from our experiences, and refocus on what truly matters to us.
Based on these sessions, we created „12 Times a Year“—to hold ourselves accountable and stay on track.
