FAQs
What memberships do you have and where can I work?
We have a variety of memberships, fit for every need. We have flexible memberships with 1 day of co-working per month (CONNECT), 5 days of co-working per month (FLEX), 10 days of coworking per month (SHARE) and unlimited hours in and 24/7 access to the coworking space (RESIDENT). We also have dedicated desks with unlimited hours and 24/7 access (DEDICATED DESK). You can find all of our memberships here.
We have three floors of co-working available: the engaging ground floor, which is also our event and meeting room floor; the original coworking floor on the first floor; and the quieter and lighter third floor, which is also used by our office members.
With our flexible memberships that are limited on days (CONNECT, FLEX, SHARE), you can work Monday to Friday during our opening hours from 9 am to 6 pm. With our unlimited memberships (RESIDENT, DEDICATED DESK, OFFICE), you will receive your own personal key, and you can come 24/7.
Can I try the coworking space before signing up?
We offer a free trial day, simply sign up here: bit.ly/ihvfree and you can check out the space for yourself. We will gladly give you a tour of the space the first time you come over. Simply come to the front desk and say hello! 😊
Can I come for a day?
We offer a day pass at 20€ incl. VAT per day and also a weekly pass (Mo-Fri) for 80€ incl. VAT. Just swing by our front desk to get it (and also get your tour of the space) or book one online below.
Do I have a desk with the resident membership?
The RESIDENT membership is one of our flexible memberships, which means you choose your working station every day. You can pick a spot on one of our three floors and meet some new exciting people every day. 😊
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. There’s no minimum duration requirement. However, all memberships except for day passes and week passes require a 1-month notice period before cancellation.
Where can I take a video call or phone call?
We have a total of 7 phone booths: 2 on the ground floor, 4 on the first floor and 1 on the third floor. They all work with the same first come first serve principle – you put your name on a timetable outside and then it is reserved for you. (Max 2.5 hours per day, only available on the same day).
How is the internet connection at the Impact Hub?
We have fibreglass internet by Magenta, CIA 1/1 Gbit.
Can I visit other Impact Hubs with my membership?
Absolutely! With a membership with us you get the Impact Hub Global Passport. You have access to all Impact Hubs around the world (100+ locations) and can work there for free for 3 days/year.
Can I meet people/network here?
Impact Hub Vienna was never meant to be “just” a coworking space – we have a great community of more than 500 people here. Lots of chances to connect and network are coming through our Community Events. You can check them out here and also at the Community Board on the first floor.
Do you offer desk rentals by the day, or only monthly?
We offer various options. There are day passes (€20 incl. VAT), week passes (Mon–Fr, €80 incl. VAT), and also monthly memberships with no minimum commitment – so you can book for just one month if needed. You can find an overview of all our offers here.
Do you have air conditioning?
We have air conditioning in our private offices and event spaces, but not in the open coworking areas or our meeting rooms. In those areas, we use fans, and our shaded courtyard location helps keep things cool as well.
What are your daily opening hours?
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
With a Resident, Dedicated Desk or Office Membership, you can access the space outside of these hours using your own key.
Is there a parking garage nearby?
Yes, there is an underground parking garage on Andreasgasse, just a 2-minute walk away.
What kind of office chairs do you have?
We provide Herman Miller SAYL ergonomic office chairs.
Is there a printer available?
Yes, each floor has a Sharp enterprise printer, connected to our cloud-based printing system. You can print in premium quality, both A4 and A3 formats.
Is there a kitchen, or are there places to eat nearby?
Each floor has a shared kitchen. The 1st and 3rd floors are equipped with an oven and stove, and the ground floor has a mobile hotplate. All kitchens are stocked with microwaves, pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, etc., and cooking (sometimes together!) is very common here.
Additionally, we’re located in the 7th district, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants from traditional to innovative, exotic, and new.
Can one membership be used by more than one person?
No, our memberships are personalized and are only valid for one person.
