Our air-conditioned event rooms are filled with natural light from large sky windows and feature modern design, flexible furniture for various setups, and state-of-the-art A/V systems for presentations and hybrid events. They come fully equipped for interactive workshops, including flipcharts (classic and digital), whiteboards, and a moderation kit. On-site event assistance, from arrival to departure, ensures a seamless experience. All our event rooms are also barrier-free. The Stage comes with:

The Stage- What is it best for?

Conferences, panels, large workshops, hybrid conferences, and networking receptions. It’s our most flexible and largest event space.

High-end A/V, including 3 screens plus a digital Flipchart, professional sound system, lighting, and hybrid-ready equipment. We have a reliable, high-speed fiber-optic internet connection for live-streaming or remote participation. Details can be found here.

Absolutely. We offer a variety of delicious catering options with a focus on sustainability. Whether it’s coffee breaks with snacks, buffets, or finger food for networking, check out our Catering Catalog, and we are happy to adapt the offer to your requests.

Yes, all main event areas are step-free, and The Stage is also equipped with induction loops for hearing-aid users. There’s also a wheelchair-accessible restroom right next to the room’s entrance. To find out more, check out our accessibility statement.

While we love seeing people connect and celebrate their work or projects, we do not host private social events, such as birthdays or weddings. Thank you for understanding!

2–4 weeks before: 25% of the price
1–2 weeks before: 50%
Less than 1 week before: 100% of the price.
