Our air-conditioned event rooms are filled with natural light from large sky windows and feature modern design, flexible furniture for various setups, and state-of-the-art A/V systems for presentations and hybrid events. They come fully equipped for interactive workshops, including flipcharts (classic and digital), whiteboards, and a moderation kit. On-site event assistance — from arrival to departure — ensures a seamless experience. Apart from this, you can add-on elements to customise your event further.

What kind of events can we host at Impact Hub Vienna?
Almost anything that brings people together to learn, connect, and create impact — from conferences, hybrid panels, and workshops to product launches, receptions, and networking events.
How many guests can you host?
Our event floor holds up to 150 guests, with flexible layouts (theatre, workshop, standing reception, or hybrid). The Stage, our largest event room, seats up to 120 guests – smaller event rooms like The Atelier and The Library are ideal for breakout sessions or mid-sized gatherings.
Can we include catering or drinks?
Absolutely. We offer a variety of delicious catering options with a focus on sustainability. Whether it’s coffee breaks with snacks, buffets, or finger food for networking, check out our Catering Catalog, and we are happy to adapt the offer to your requests.
Are your spaces accessible?
Yes, all main event areas are step-free, and The Stage and The Atelier are equipped with induction loops for hearing-aid users. There’s also a wheelchair-accessible restroom located on the same floor as the event rooms.
Can I add smaller rooms for breakout sessions?
Yes, we can combine event and meeting spaces to match your program flow. This is perfect for workshops with parallel sessions.
How do I request a quote or book?

Do you offer discounts for members?
Yes, members enjoy exclusive discounts. Mention your membership when requesting a quote. (All listed prices are net, excl. VAT.)
Do you offer discounts for NGOs or non-profit organizations?
Yes, NGOs and non-profit organisations that are acknowledged or approved receive a 20% discount on the room booking price. Please specify your organisation type and provide the necessary verification details when booking.
Can I celebrate my birthday or wedding at Impact Hub Vienna?
While we love seeing people connect and celebrate their work or projects, we do not host private social events, such as birthdays or weddings. Thank you for understanding!
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 4 weeks before the event: no charge
2–4 weeks before: 25% of the price
1–2 weeks before: 50%
Less than 1 week before: 100% of the price.
We’re happy to look for alternative dates if your plans change.
